N4008520B0083-WASTEWATER TREATMENT FOR NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD, PORTSMOUTH, VA AMENDMENT 0002 This amendment is issued to provide clarification to a pre-bid inquiry, updates to 1604000- C- Wastew ater Spec Item 4.1 Operations, update Section M, and update Attachment J-0200000-09 ELINs. Please see continuation pages. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The outcomes to be achieved are to provide wastewater treatment at Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth VA. The contractor will be required to furnish all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment required for services processing (both mechanically and chemically) dry dock industrial waste water, and ship’s bilge water for discharge to the Virginia Pollution Discharge Elimination System (VPDES) at Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth Virginia. Included are services such as operating, maintaining and repairing the Wastewater treatment plant and collection system.
