Naval Weapons Station (NWS) Earle has a requirement on behalf of the Naval Facilities Engineering Acquisition Division (FEAD) for Street Sweeping and Catch Basin cleaning in various areas on Main Station, Pier Complex, administration areas, piers, trestles and Normandy Road, Naval Weapons Station Earle, Colts Neck and Leonardo, New Jersey. The Government intends to issue a solicitation as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for this requirement. All other firms are deemed ineligible for award. Only one award shall be issued. The Government will select for award the offer(s) that are most advantageous and meet the best value requirements of the Government. The intended contract award will be Firm Fixed Price with a Base plus (4) Four Option Years. The NAICs code and size standard for this procurement is 561730, $7.5M. Eligible firms shall request a solicitation package in writing. No telephone requests will be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the Government following the release of an official solicitation.
