Y--firm-fixed-price (FFP) Design-Build/Design-Bid-Build (DB/DBB) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC), MCB CamLej, MCAS Cherry Point and MCAS New River
This is an unrestricted, firm-fixed-price, multiple-award construction contract for projects primarily at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, and Marine Corps Air Station New River. The contract has a one-year base period with four one-year options, supporting military construction and hurricane damage repair for up to five years. The total estimated construction cost for all awards over the five-year period is not to exceed $975 million, with individual project task orders typically ranging from $15 million to $50 million. The scope includes a wide variety of design-build and design-bid-build projects such as new construction, demolition, repair, and renovation across many facility types. The Government intends to award up to five contracts based on a best-value tradeoff process.
