This Contract is only for 8(A) MACC's as denoted in Attachment 1 : Request for Proposal This Design-Build project will repair or replace seventeen (17) deficient fixed ladders at Naval UnderseaWarfare Center, Newport, RI and at the Dodge Pond Acoustic Measurement Facility in Niantic, CT. The ladders (refer to photographs in Part 6, Attachment A) were identified as deficient during a recent ladder safety survey. These ladders require repairs and/or replacement to make them structurally sound and code compliant. Fourteen (14) ladders are located at the NUWC main facility in Rhode Island; three (3) ladders are located at Dodge Pond in Connecticut. Scope of Work Located on AMRDEC
