This project consists of a combination of recurring and non-recurring work for the preventive maintenance and service work to LP Air Compressors and associated equipment to ensure proper operation. Recurring work includes routine service calls and the development and implementation of a Preventive Maintenance program and other recurring services, and submitting equipment maintenance reports. Maintenance reports shall consist of a call number, date call received, date call completed, description of problem, description of work performed, labor hours expended and material costs incurred. Non-recurring work includes routine and emergency service calls for LP Air Compressors and associated equipment.
