This an open solicitation. The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, equipment, and transportation required to perform Heavy Equipment the Maintenance services at the Submarine Base. The contractor shall provide; dispatching services, towing and recovery services, fire pump testing, aerial device performance tests, weight verification, and road testing, non-destructive testing, positive displacement meter calibration services to the specifications of the contract. Military unique vehicles will not be repaired. See the bid schedule for a more detailed explanation of the services. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price/recurring with ID/IQ non-recurring items. The contract will be performance based with a base year and four option periods. The specifications of the heavy vehicle maintenance services fit the definition of commercial items per FAR Part 12.
