A timber sale is available on Naval Weapons Station, Crane, Indiana, covering two tracts totaling approximately 79 acres with an estimated 808 trees containing about 239,700 board feet (Doyle Log Scale). The sale is a firm-fixed price, lump sum/per unit contract for the purchase and removal of the timber. Inspection of the harvest areas is strongly encouraged and can be arranged with the Natural Resources office. All contract work must be completed within two years from the date of award.
