The work includes, but is not limited to, the services requiring all labor, supervision, management, tools, material, equipment (forklift), technical support, and transportation for the following capabilities to perform: (1) High pressure water cleaning, vacuuming, and video inspection of eleven (11) cells consisting of thirty-three (33) Leachate lines and eight (8) Sump Pump riser lines. The contractor shall provide grounds maintenance and landscaping services for the entire Base Landfill and Closed Sneads Ferry Landfill areas. (2) Maintenance and repair services to 40 cy yd compactor, 30 cy yd compactor, 15 cy yd compactor, 40 cy yd recycling roll-off, 30 cy yd recycling roll-off, 20 cy yd recycling roll-off, 8 cy yd drop bottom open top, 8 cy yd drop bottom solid top , 6 cy yd drop bottom, and 4 cy yd drop bottom see Inventory Table (A) below. The contractor shall specialize in the refurbishment of the dumpsters and have at least a minimum of three (3) years’ experience. Hot Work required for welding, cutting, or operation of flame/spark producing devices will require a Fire Watch employee trained in accordance with the Standard for Fire Prevention Welding, Cutting, and Other Hot Work, 2024 Edition (NFPA 51B). (3) Perform cleaning of the brass collection area at building 978 Lead Cleaning Room, to include sampling, field testing and laboratory Services. (4) Provide annual maintenance, modem link, and technical support to ensure proper operation of the landfill scales. (5) Perform Concrete and wood grinding services requiring heavy equipment.
