Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Mid-Atlantic, in support of DON, is seeking information from private industry to provide principal equity in a housing solution to develop, renovate or otherwise offer housing units for unaccompanied personnel in the vicinity of HII-NNS, with DON as the recipient customer and end user. As noted below, the DON estimates its housing need for approximately 1,750 personnel, although this could be met via multiple, separate arrangements. Industry responders are encouraged to complete and submit a response to this RFI in support of their proposed project development, renovation, redevelopment, and/or other ideas/concepts no later than Monday, November 20, 2023. The DON will not release or publically use responses marked “proprietary information.”
