Facility will consist of a reinforced concrete masonry unit (CMU) wall system with an exterior split-faced CMU veneer, concrete plie foundation, interior walls of CMU and a standing-seam metal roof system. The facility includes shops, administrative space, paint mixing room, paint booth space, hazardous material storage, and other support areas. This facility shall be sized to accommodate the largest removable aircraft components anticipated to be repaired and will be located in close proximity to maintenance hangars and other Fleet Readiness Center (FRC) airframes shops. The largest, removable CMV-22B components include the rotor blades and cargo ramps. A minimum opening to accommodate both components will provide adequate access and maneuvering clearances for any CMV-22B component.
