Bids will be opened publicly at 2:00 pm on October 21, 2021, and read at the office of Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Mid-Atlantic, 300 Highway 361, Building 2516, Conference Room "B" at Naval Support Activity, Crane, Indiana, 47522.
