B-310, STRUCTURAL WALL REPAIRS AT OPERATIONS FACILITY-DAM NECK ANNEX: The design phase Scope of Work consisted repairs to the observe concrete spalls, cracks and the horizontal mortar joints in the wall panels and to develop construction documents for repairs, to include, repairs to the steel connection plates between precast concrete panels, and clean up pieces of concrete and mortar on the top surfaces of the concrete beams in the Paraloft. The Scope of Work consists of digging permits prior to start of excavation, and comply with installation requirements for locating and marking underground utilities.
