This procurement will result in one Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for multi-discipline Architect-Engineer (AE) engineering and design services as required for construction, repair, replacement, demolition, alteration, and improvements for Military Construction (MILCON) projects and Special Projects. These services will be procured in accordance with 40 United States Code (USC) Chapter 11, Selection of Architects and Engineers, as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 36.6. Work under the contract is anticipated to occur primarily at Portsmouth Navy Shipyard (PNSY), Maine; Naval Station (NAVSTA) Newport, Rhode Island; Naval Submarine Base (NAVSUBASE) New London, Connecticut; Naval Weapons Station (NWS) Earle, New Jersey; Naval Support Activity (NAVSUPPACT) Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania; the Philadelphia Navy Yard (PNY), Pennsylvania; and Naval Support Activity (NSA) Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. However, work may be ordered throughout the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Mid-Atlantic (MIDLANT) and NAVFAC worldwide (rare occasion).
