The Contractor shall furnish all management, tools material, equipment, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide services to mulch in place all trees, brush, understory, vines, and other vegetation on both sides of the security fence in GSRA. The fence line is approximately 15 miles in length total. The contractor shall also repair unserviceable parts of the GSRA security fence. All grounds disturbed by the contractor shall be repaired by filling with clean topsoil, raking, and reseeding with Lawn Mix applied at a rate of 50 pounds/acre.
