The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary for the cleaning, removal and disposal of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and Aggregate Base Course (ABC) rock and de-water all holes within the project area. Repair the erosion on the northeast side of Camp Davis Runway. Install fill material, topsoil and sod on the eroded areas to mitigate erosion. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing a certified technician with the capability of being available as needed to coordinate by appointed Government representatives.
