The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to competitively procure the use of a leasehold estate of a non-Department of Defense (DoD) warehouse by the U.S. Navy to provide additional storage capability in support of Hurricane Florence recovery for MCIEAST-MCB Camp Lejeune G-4/Supply Management Division home based at US Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune (MCB CAMLEJ) NC. MCB CAMLEJ is in need of approximately 300,000 to 400,000 SF of climate controlled secure warehouse storage space (this space can be co-located with a minimum of 150,000 square feet per location). The proposed lease term is anticipated to start no later than 15 January 2021 for one-year with four (4) annual renewal options. Preference will be given to any Offeror who can provide compliant space prior to 21 December 2020.
