SEE DETAILED ATTACHMENT - The proposed contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide drinking water wells/water treatment plants drinking water sampling and analysis services in and around areas at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The proposed contractor shall comply with all applicable licenses, certifications and permits required by Federal, State, and Local Regulations. Perform sampling and analysis of fifty-eight (58) Drinking Water Wells and four (4) Water Treatment Plants drinking water (Only) located in and around sites at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Sampling shall be in accordance with EPA Region IV guidance entitled “Environmental Investigations Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Assurance.” Laboratory analyses shall be performed by a laboratory that is certified in the State of North Carolina in accordance with EPA Method 524.2, “Measurement of Purge able Organic Compounds in Water by Capillary Column Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry. These services shall be performed during the month of February or March, and September or October timeframe, scheduling shall be coordinated by the Government appointed representative.
