This procurement will result in a Multiple Award Contract, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract for Traffic Engineering and Transportation Planning Services as described below. It will be procured in accordance with the Selection of Architect and Engineers Statute (formerly the Brooks Act) as implemented by FAR Subpart 36.6. Traffic engineering and Transportation planning services are required for projects located primarily in Hampton Roads Area of Responsibility (AOR), the location of the Regional Engineer, Commander, Navy Region Mid-Atlantic. Projects may also be awarded to serve the entire NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic AOR which includes the states of Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, West Virginia, Indiana and Illinois. The Mid-Atlantic Region offices are located in Norfolk, Virginia. Expected primary areas for work from these contracts will be in Virginia, North Carolina, Great Lakes, and Maine; however, work can be awarded for any location within the Mid-Atlantic Region. Some work could be located in other areas within NAVFAC Atlantic’s AOR and NAVFAC worldwide.
