Bids will be opened publicly at 11:00am on 15 September 2020, and read by the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Mid-Atlantic (NAVFAC MIDLANT) Real Estate Contracting Officer (RECO), or their designee at the office of the Resident Officer In Charge of Construction (ROICC) MCAS Cherry Point, Bldg 163, Curtis Rd, Cherry Point, North Carolina, 28533-0006. This is a pay-as-cut timber sale with a firm-fixed unit price. Inspection of the timber offered for sale and removal is invited and strongly encouraged.
