Smart ATI/KMK Joint Venture The scope of this project is to demolish and replace deteriorated steam supply and condensate return piping located in concrete utility trenches at SUBASE New London, Groton CT. Replacement must include piping, hangars, expansion loops, insulation, trap stations, valves, and all necessary appurtenances to ensure the system is complete, functional, and meets all necessary code requirements. Valve and trap stations must be above ground; manhole vaults are not allowed. Trap stations must have removable insulation blankets.
