THIS RFP IS OPEN ONLY TO THOSE NAVFAC MIDLANT EMAC CONTRACTORS IDENTIFIED ON THE ATTACHED RFP COVERSHEET. North Shore Water Reclamation District (NSWRD), in Gurnee, IL, regulates wastewater discharges at Naval Station Great Lakes (NSGL). NSGL’s Discharge Control Document, DCD 93-94, was last renewed in 2015. NSGL is required to maintain compliance with a Discharge Control Document (DCD) with North Shore Water Reclamation District (NSWRD). To achieve continuous compliance, NSGL collects wastewater (WW) samples at different locations throughout the installation, to obtain a representative sample of the different industrial operations within NSGL, coming from diverse processes and characteristics. The objective of this task order is to provide WW sampling support to NSGL to ensure continuous compliance with NSWRD requirements. The duration of work under this CTO shall not exceed 26 calendar months from the award date.
