This Performance Work Statement (PWS) requires that the contractor shall provide all services and materials necessary for the demolition of existing Building 52/53 in its entirety and removal of equipment, piping, appurtenances, electrical equipment, and interior walls from Treatment Area in Building 51 located in Naval Industrial Reserve Ordnance Plant (NIROP), Fridley, Minnesota as shown on the Technical Drawings and Specifications provided as an attachment to this PWS. The services are solicited to those contractors under NAVFAC MIDLANT contractors listed on the RFP (coversheet).
