This request is conducted under the fair opportunity guidelines of FAR 16.505(b), which outlines the ordering procedures for orders issued under multiple-award contracts and will be competed amongst NAVFAC MIDLANT ENVIRONMENTAL MUTILPLE AWARD CONTRACTORS ONLY awarded under the following contracts: N40085-15-D-0098, N40085-15-D-0099, N40085-15-D-0100, N40085-15-D-0101, N40085-15-D-0102 and N40085-16-D-6109. The objective of this Contract Task Order (CTO) is to perform DNAPL recovery and substrate injections and monitor the effectiveness at Site 20, Naval Station Norfolk. The Department of the Navy (Navy) Naval Facilities Engineering Command Mid-Atlantic will administer this contract will manage the Work Elements under this CTO. All requirements of Basic Contract, in addition to those specifically mentioned in this CTO, remain in full effect and performance under this CTO shall be in accordance therewith.
