The contractor will be required to clean and winterize the pools at the end of the pool season, clean and prepare each pool for the beginning of the normal pool season. Types of work include, but are not limited to: pressure washing to clean the pools, removing items into storage, installing pool covers, adjusting pH levels, shocking the pools, cleaning and removing debris from covers and surrounding pool areas, maintaining water level, and operating robotic crawlers. The Government plans on awarding a FFP contract with a base period of one (1) year plus four (4) option years as a result of the solicitation. The total term of the contract, including all options, will not exceed 60 months.
