The area of work under this contract is located in the existing first floor of Building 320, in the NCIS spaces. Generally, the work involves modifying the existing NCIS floor plan layout to accommodate additional office rooms, training rooms, a conference room, administration and reception areas, and required appurtenances to accommodate the floor plan modifications. Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical / Telecommunications and Security Systems work shall also be provided in support of the floor plan modifications. Certain existing construction finishes shall remain, as indicated in the detailed requirements of the subsequent paragraphs in the RFP.
