The contractor will be required to clean and winterize the pools at the end of the pool season, clean and prepare each pool for the beginning of the normal pool season. Types of work include, but are not limited to, pressure washing to clean the pools, removing items into storage, installing pool covers, adjusting pH levels, shocking the pools, cleaning and removing debris from covers and surrounding pool areas, maintaining water level, operating robotic crawlers, lubricating ladder anchors, installing pool ladders, draining the pools, cleaning pool liners and cleaning gutters.
