NAVFAC Far East, ROICC Sasebo is conducting market research to identify qualified contractors interested in providing custodial services at Commander Fleet Activities, Sasebo, Japan. The contemplated contract is a single-award, performance-based IDIQ with recurring and non-recurring work items, covering a one-year base period plus seven one-year option periods. The PWS is still under development but expected to be substantially similar, and the solicitation may be issued as an IFB under FAR 14 or an RFP under FAR 15. Interested contractors should complete and submit the Contractor Information form with any questions or comments to inform the Government’s acquisition approach, and must be registered in SAM with a valid CAGE code to be eligible for award.
