This is a synopsis for a single-award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity performance-based service contract for maintenance, inspection, and repair of electrical substations, power plants, and SCADA systems at the U.S. Naval Air Facility (NAF) Atsugi, Japan. The contract includes a base year and seven one-year option periods. Performance of services will occur entirely in Japan, and contractors must be duly authorized to operate and conduct business there, holding an appropriate license from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport or a prefectural government. Offerors must have a current NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment and a CMMC Level 1 (Self) or higher status posted in SPRS prior to award.
