This is a Design-Build project for the complete renovation and security upgrade of a multi-level facility at Villamor Air Base, Pasay City, Philippines, supporting administrative, billeting, and command-and-control functions. The project magnitude is between US$1,000,000 and US$5,000,000. A Pre-Proposal Site Visit is tentatively scheduled for June to July 2026, and interested contractors must submit a Base Access Request by May 14, 2026, to attend. Work will be performed in an active military installation, requiring coordination with host nation stakeholders and adherence to U.S. and local standards.
