This is a market research notice seeking firms capable of providing maintenance for electrical distribution systems and SCADA systems at NAF Atsugi and other U.S. Forces Japan areas in the Kanto Plain, Japan. The project term is for one base year plus up to eight option years. Performance of the contract will occur entirely within Japan, requiring the contractor to be duly authorized and licensed to operate there.
