This is a sources sought notice to gauge market capabilities, vendors submitting information will not be expected to fulfill the requirement. The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tool, material, equipment and transportation required to respond to oil and hazardous substance spills in accordance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) within the NAVFAC FE area of responsibility (AOR), Japan: Services will include but are not limited to responding to and cleaning up oil and hazardous substances in the ocean, bay, and land including inland waterways; provide transport and disposal of US Government generated oil and hazardous substances recovered by land or sea from spill response and cleanup; provide sampling services; and establish and coordinate training exercises.
