The contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment required to perform the following works: Aboveground Stroage Tanks and Undergrounds Storage Tanks Automatic Door Systems Automatic Gate Systems Key Card Door Lock Systems Security Monitoring Systems and Equipment Vertical Transfportation Equipment Solvent Parts Washers Contract type is a performance based, commercial, multiple year, Firm-Fixed-Price. The period of performance is one-year base period and four one-year option periods.
