Recurring Work: The Contractor shall maintain, repair, and alter the High Quality Water (HQW) and Feed Water Facilities Bldg.5229 to ensure they are fully functional and in normal working condition. a) Service Orders: The Contractor shall perform E/U/R work in a timely manner to ensure High Quality Water (HQW) and Feed Water Facilities are fully functional, in normal working condition and function properly in accordance with specified standards. b) Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program: The Contractor shall develop and implement a PM program for High Quality Water (HQW) and Feed Water Facilities to ensure proper operation to minimize breakdowns, and to maximize useful life. 2. Non-Recurring Work: Non-recurring work may be ordered utilizing a Task Order for specified ELINs for task listings, descriptions and related requirements
