The Naval Facilities Eng... THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION "SITE VISIT INVITATION" NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The intent of this notice is to provide information to potential offerors. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Far East (FE), PWD Sasebo, will be conducting a pre-solicitation site visit on December 18th at 0900 at Nimitz Park. There will be diplayed several vehicles that require repair as documented in the attached draft PWS. The Government is responsible for delivering damaged vehicles to the Contractor’s site that shall be located within 19 miles radius of CFAS for repair work and picking up the vehicles after repair work.
