If any offerors need to download CUI (Controlled Unclassified Information) files such as SOW (Statement of Work), drawings, and etc. from SAM, submit a request from SAM. You must provide your company’s cage code and DUNS number or Unique Entity ID (UEI) information upon request. Otherwise, the offeror’s request will be rejected.
