The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to accomplish the requirements in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract.The contract type is a single-award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) performance-based service contract comprised of Recurring and Non-Recurring work requirements. The anticipated period of performance is a 12-months base period and four (4) one-year option periods. Any contract resulting from this solicitation will be awarded and performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. Contractors must be duly authorized to operate and conduct business in Japan and must fully comply with all laws, decrees, labor standards, and regulations of Japan during the performance of the contract. Bidders will be required to provide verification on required license prior to award of any contract to the contracting officer if such information is not already on file with or available to the contracting officer.
