The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to perform grounds maintenance services at the various locations of the U.S. Marine Corp Base Camp Butler, Okinawa, Japan. Locations of work include Camp Schwab, Henoko Station, Camp Courtney, Camp Hansen, Camp Gonsalves/ Northern Training Area (NTA), Camp McTureous, Ammunitions Supply Point (ASP) #2, Central Training Area (CTA) and Taiyo Roads and Parking Areas, Okinawa, Japan. The contract is a single award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type performance-based service contract comprised of Recurring and Non-Recurring work requirements. Anticipated period of performance is a twelve (12) month Base Period and seven (7) one-year Option Periods. The total period of performance is eight (8) years. Amend 0001 is issued to provide Government response to the Pre-Bid Inquiry from bidder.
