This is a Facility Support Service, a Recurring and Non-recurring Work Items Contract “Delivery, Pickup and Maintenance Services for Family Housing Furniture and Appliance in the U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), Japan. The work includes, but is not limited to, all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform Delivery, Pickup and Maintenance Service for Family Housing Furniture and Appliance. The services includes delivery, pickup and cleaning maintenance of furniture and appliances at Yokosuka main base, Ikego Housing annex and Off-Naval base Housing units within Kanagawa prefecture. The resulting contract will have one (1) Base Period and six (6) one-year Option Periods. This procurement will be issued using Sealed Bidding procedure with the intent to award a single Fixed Price contract. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid, confirming to the solicitation, is the solicitation, is the most advantageous and offers the best value to the Government. Bid shall be priced only in Japanese Yen. Bid not priced in Japanese Yen shall be deemed non-responsive, and will not be eligible for award. The site visit is scheduled at 09:30 AM on 12 July 2024. The work includes, but is not limited to, all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform Delivery, Pickup and Maintenance Service for Family Housing Furniture and Appliance.
