Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Far East (NAVFAC FE) FEAD Camp Butler is soliciting proposals for SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT SERVICE CONTRACT AT MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP BUTLER, U.S. NAVAL HOSPITAL (USNH) & BRANCH CLINICS/FACILITIES OKINAWA, JAPAN. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform facility and specialized equipment (including Medical Gases, Pneumatic Tube, Nurse Call, CCTV, Exhaust Fans, Locksmith, VTE, and Wastewater treatment plant) maintenance at U. S. Naval Hospital Okinawa (USNHO), Camp Foster, Japan and on all Naval Medical and Dental Clinics (Camps Foster, Kinser, Hansen, Schwab, Courtney, White Beach, CFAO Kadena and MCAS Futenma), Okinawa, Japan. The resulting contract will include a single-award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type performance-based service contract comprised of Recurring and Non-Recurring work requirements for 1 month phase-in period, 11 months base period and seven (7) one-year option periods.
