PRE-QUOTE CONFERENCE AND SITE VISIT INFORMATION a. The pre-quote conference shall be held at 09:00 AM on 15 Feb 2023 at the Bldg.987, NAVFAC FE, PWD Misawa, Misawa Air Base. The participants will move to the Pump Station 1, 2 and 3, FLCY Hachinohe, Japan for the site survey after the pre-quote conference. b. Offeror is required to submit a Site Visit Log (Attachment 3) that indicates all the attendees with their color picture, size 1 x 1 ¼ inch and Gate pass number (if available) for the pre-quote conference and site visit by e-mail to the point of contact below no later than 9 Feb 2023, 16:00 PM.
