This amendment must be acknowledged when your quote is submitted. Failure to acknowledge the amendment may constitute grounds for rejection of the quote. The acknowledgement must be received prior to quote opening time. Acceptance of late acknowledgement is subject to the provisions set forth in the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to “MISC REPAIRS FOR CNFK HQ INCLUDING BUNKER HVAC REPLACEMENT, AT BUSAN, KOREA” in accordance with the drawings and statement of work. This solicitation is intended for local sources in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12). Local sources are those persons or entities normally resident and licensed to conduct business in Korea. Offers from nonlocal sources will not be considered under this solicitation in accordance with the provisions of the U.S.-Korea Status of Forces Agreement.
