Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Far East (NAVFAC FE) FEAD Camp Butler is soliciting proposals for Custodial Service Contract Marine Corps Base Camp Butler, U.S. Naval Hospital (USNH) and Naval Medical and Dental Clinics, Okinawa, Japan The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation and other items necessary to provide the custodial services described in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) at Naval Hospital and Naval Medical and Dental Clinics, Okinawa, Japan under a performance-based contract that is comprised of both Recurring Work and Non-Recurring Work items. The work shall be performed at various locations and varies from location to location. Naval Hospital facilities at Camp Foster, Support facilities (Hazard Flammable Storage, Central Utility Plant (CUP), BEQ, PW/Transportation, Warehouse) at Camp Foster, Naval Medical and Dental Clinics at Camp Kinser, Naval Medical and Dental Clinics at Camp Courtney, Naval Medical and Dental Clinics at Camp Hansen, Naval Medical and Dental Clinics at Camp Schwab and Naval Medical and Dental Clinics at MCAS Futenma, Okinawa, Japan The resulting contract will include a single-award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type performance-based service contract comprised of Recurring and Non-Recurring work requirements for 30 days phase-in period, 11 months base period and four (4) one-year option periods.
