The Contractor shall receive and dispose of Incinerated Ashes at an approved disposal facility in accordance with national, prefectural, Japanese laws, regulations and JEGS. The disposal facilities shall be a Yokosuka City Government approved disposal site. The incinerated ashes include fly ashes and bottom ashes. The work shall be performed at the GOJ approved Contractor's disposal facility only. By-products: The Government has no obligation to accept by-products produced from the contractor's disposal facility under this contract. The incinerated ashes shall be received and disposed in the contractor's disposal facility in accordance with national, prefectural, Japanese laws, regulations and JEGS. The prime Contractor shall have Waste Business Permits of ashes as general/industrial waste work required by GOJ, The Law Concerning Waste Disposal and Public Cleanliness. Final Disposal or Intermediate Processing License for disposal work.
