The requirement is for Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract “PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM AND SERVICE ORDERS FOR SHOP EQUIPMENT AND PERMANENT FALL PROTECTION SYSTEMS AT THE U.S. COMMANDER FLEET ACTIVITIES YOKOSUKA (CFAY), JAPAN”. Under this contract, contractor shall perform maintenance work. This requirement will encompass services for, but not limited to, the U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka. The resulting contract will have one (1) Base Period and seven (7) one-year Option Periods comprised of non-recurring Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs).

The scope of work includes labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform Facility Investment services for Shop Equipment and Permanent Fall Protection Systems at various locations in the U.S. Commander Fleet Activities, Yokosuka (CAFY), Japan. 1. Recurring work: The Contractor shall maintain, repair, and alter miscellaneous equipment to ensure they are fully functional and in normal working condition.
