The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Far East (FE), Facilities Engineering & Acquisition Department (FEAD) Yokosuka intend to award multiply year single ward, Firm Fixed-Price and Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite Quantity comprised of Recurring and Non-Recurring Work items to obtain base operating support services at the New Sanno, Tokyo, Japan. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform BOS contract at the New Sanno, Tokyo, Japan. The Contractor shall maintenance, repair and alternation for the followings: Fancily Investment (Building systems, HVAS systems, Fire Protection systems, Potable Water systems, Battery systems for Emergency Lights, VTE systems, Landry Equipment, Auto Door systems) Custodial Pest Control Integrated Solid Waste Management Ground Maintenance and Landscaping Wastewater This requirement is for a performance based contract.
