The Department of the Navy is soliciting quotes for "Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM) for Industrial Waste Collection and Disposal Services in the U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), JAPAN by 100% Non-Recurring Work Items Contract (U.S. Naval Installations in KANTO Plain)". The requirement is for a Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity(IDIQ) contract "Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM) for Industrial Waste Collection and Disposal Services in the U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), JAPAN by 100% Non-Recurring Work Items Contract (U.S. Naval Installations in KANTO Plain)". Underthis contract, contractor shall perform industrial waste and disposal services. This requirement will encompass services for, but not limited to, the U.S.Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Yokohama including Tsurumi, North Dock, Negishi, Hakozaki, Urago, Ikego and Nagai Area. The resulting contract will have one (1) Base Period and seven (7) one-year Option Periods comprised of non-recurring Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs).

The scope of work includes all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform refuse collection, disposal and recycling at U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY). Non-recurring work Non-recurring work will be ordered via task order by the contracting office in accordance with the procedures set forth under DFARS clause 252.216-7006 Ordering.
