This is a Facility Support Service, a Recurring and Non-recurring Work Items Contract “Integrated Solid Waste Management, which includes Collection, Segregation, Recycle, and Disposal Services for Ikego Housing Area of the U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), Japan. The resulting contract will have one (1) Base Period and four (4) one-year Option Periods. This procurement will be issued using Sealed Bidding procedure with the intent to award a single Fixed Price contract. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid, confirming to the solicitation, is the solicitation, is the most advantageous and offers the best value to the Government considering price only factors. Bid shall be priced only in Japanese Yen. Bid not priced in Japanese Yen shall be deemed non-responsive, and will not be eligible for award. The site visit is scheduled at 10:00 AM on 16 March 2023.
