Offerors must be duly authorized to operate and conduct business in Japan and must fully comply with all laws, decrees, labor standards, and regulations of Japan during the performance of the contract. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and perform the refuse collection and disposal service at FLCY Hachinohe Fuel Terminal, Japan in accordance with the Statement of Work. At the Government’s direction, option periods may be exercised. The proposed contract shall not exceed one (1) base year plus four (4) option year periods as follows: CLIN 0001, Base Year Period: 1 Aug 2022 through 31 Jul 2023 CLIN 0002, First Option Period: 1 Aug 2023 through 31 Jul 2024 CLIN 0003, Second Option Period: 1 Aug 2024 through 31 Jul 2025 CLIN 0004, Third Option Period: 1 Aug 2025 through 31 Jul 2026 CLIN 0005, Forth Option Period: 1 Aug 2026 through 31 Jul 2027 ATTACHMENT RELEASE ATTACHMENT 1 & 2 – Statement of Work and Location Map will be made available to quoters upon request via SAM. The pre-quote confence and site survey shall be held at 09:00 AM on 1 Jun 2022 at the Pump Station 1, FLCY Hachinohe Fuel Terminal, Japan. b. Offeror is required to submit a Site Visit Log (Attachment 4) that indicates all the attendees with their color picture, size 1 x 1 ¼ inch and Gate pass number (if available) for the pre-quote conference and site visit by e-mail to the point of contact below no later than 30 May 2022, 16:00 PM: POC: Shigenori Wada E-mail: shigenori.wada.ja@fe.navy.mil Tel/Fax: 0176-53-5181, ext. 226-4528 CAUTION: All offerors are required to be registered in SAM at the time their offer/quotation/bid is submitted.
