The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to INSTALL ADDITIONAL ELECTRICAL OUTLETS & GROUNDING BARS AT B6100086, FLCY HACHINOHE, JAPAN in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) dated 14 Feb 2022 and NAVFAC Drawings. Pre-solicitation conference and site visit are scheduled on 30 Mar 2022, 0900 hours. Pre-solicitation conference will be conducted at NAVFAC FE, PWD Misawa, Bldg. 987, Misawa Air Base, Japan at 0900 hours, then participants will move to FLCY Hachinohe, Japan for site survey. Offerors are required to submit a Site Visit Log (Attachment 3) that indicates all the attendees with their color picture, size 1 x 1 ¼ inch and Gate pass number (if available) for the pre-quote conference and site visit by e-mail to the point of contact no later than 24 March 2022, 1100 hours. The estimate cost range is between ¥2,500,000 to ¥10,000,000. Local Source Restrictions. This solicitation is intended for local sources.
