The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to REPAIR DAMAGED DIAGONAL BRACING MEMBERS, BLDG. 926, NAF MISAWA, JAPAN in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) dated 22 Nov 2021 and NAVFAC Drawings. Pre-solicitation conference and site visit are scheduled on 17 Dec 2021, 0900 hours. Pre-solicitation conference will be conducted at NAVFAC FE, PWD Misawa, Bldg. 987, Misawa Air Base, Japan at 0900 hours, then participants will move to Bldg. 926 for site survey. Local Source Restrictions. This solicitation is intended for local sources. Local sources are those persons or entities normally resident and licensed to conduct business in Japan. Offers from non-local sources will not be considered under this solicitation in accordance with the provisions of the U.S.-Japan Status of Forces Agreement.
